Powers: Elend is a Mistborn. This means that, by swallowing various metals and alloys, he can produce various effects. These are all of them, and the ones that he is not aware of are marked like so. He will have no access to Atium or Larasium.
Steel: Steelpushing enables him to Push on any metal (other than Aluminum) that does not pierce the skin. He Pushes with what is equivalent to his body weight - thus if he is Pushing on a coin, the coin will move. If he is Pushing on a steel bar within a building, he will move.
Iron: Ironpulling enables him to Pull on any metal (other than Aluminum) that does not pierce the skin. He Pulls with what is equivalent to his body weight - thus if he is Pulling on a coin, the coin will move. If he is Pulling on a steel bar within a building, he will move.
Brass: Soothing enables him to Push on emotions - dulling them away to nothing.
Zinc: Rioting enables him to Pull on emotions - bringing them to new highs.
Pewter: Burning pewter gives him enhanced healing, balance, durability, and physical strength. His physical strength increase is tied to his physical state - if he and someone much scrawnier Burned pewter at the same time, and arm wrestled, he would win. If that person isn't Vin, but Vin is a likely Pewter Savant.
Tin: Burning tin enhances all physical senses and their capacity. All senses are increased at the same time; enough Tin to see in a moonless, starry but cloudy night is also enough tin to become deaf at the slightest noise.
Copper: Burning copper prevents anyone Burning bronze from noticing the pulses Allomancy gives off.
Bronze: Burning bronze enables him to sense any Allomantic pulses - unless that person is also Burning copper.
Cadmium: Burning cadmium enables him to 'pull' on time, subtly slowing it around him within an area.
Cerrobend: Burning cerrobend enables him to 'push' on time, subtly increasing it around him within an area.
Gold: Burning gold enables him to see the possible other lives he could have lead.
Electrum: Burning electrum enables him to see a vision of possible future paths - but only for a few seconds.
Atium: Burning Atium enables him to see a few seconds into the future - this means that if he was fighting you, he would see what you do right before you decide to do it, enabling him to react before you start moving and strike.
Larasium: Swallowing this metal creates a new Mistborn of first generation power (AKA, an equal to Elend, as this is how he got his power). Mixing this metal with any other metal creates a Misting of that metal, with as much power as the Mistborn would have in that area.
Chromium: Burning chromium while touching another Allomancer drains all of their metals.
Nicrosil: Burning nicrosil while touching another Allomancer burns all of their metals with a massive power boost.
Aluminum: Burning aluminum removes all metals from the Allomancer.
Duralumin: Burning duralumin increases the power of all other metals currently being Burned - and burns them all away. This is where the Steel, Iron, and Pewter limitations are removed; Burning steel and duralumin increases the amount of 'body mass' the person 'has'. So if Elend was Pushing upon the metal of a heavily reinforced doorframe, normally he would find himself against the wall. But if he Burns duralumin as well as steel, the door will find itself bent and pushed free, perhaps loudly and explosively, but he will be out of steel. Duralumin itself Burns normally.
Another note on this is that Elend is a Mistborn due to having swallowed Larasium - he is equivalent in power to the Lord Ruler. What this means is that if he tries to Soothe or Riot your characters emotions, it is the most unsubtle thing ever. Everything is subtle in comparison. Thunderstorms, volcanic eruptions, the woodpecker outside your window. Neverfear, you will know when Elend is trying to alter your emotions.
